Filing Fees
Charges and fees are made pursuant to Sections 28.24,
28.241, and 34.041, Florida Statutes. The schedule below includes
additional charges imposed by special law and local ordinance to
provide for maintenance of court facilities, Legal Aid Program,
County Medical Examiner, Citizen's Dispute Program and Law Library
in Orange County, Florida, and costs required by state statute for
the State Treasurer and for court education. Other charges and fees
are required by specific statutes.
